Renowned filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali is set to direct ‘Love & War,’ a film that pits two of Bollywood’s leading actors, Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal, against each other. Both actors will portray officers in the Indian Armed Forces, bringing their characters’ intense rivalry to life on screen.
According to sources, the narrative centers around two strong-headed men, played by Kapoor and Kaushal, who find themselves in a tug-of-war over Alia Bhatt’s character. Kapoor’s role is described as dark and aggressive, while Kaushal’s character is calm and opinionated, setting the stage for a powerful dynamic.
The film is scheduled for release on March 20, 2026.
